iPad

Well Apple has done it again. Always trying to one up Microsoft and this time I think they might have done it. Apple has just released the iPad which is basically like giant iPhone, minus a few features. The iPad is half an inch thick, weighs 1.5 pounds, and has a touch screen of 9.7 inches. It comes in 16, 32, and 64GB sizes. I have am iPhone which only 8GB, the old one I know, and its still isn't full. But the iPad will run off of iTunes and also be able to download all of the same apps as the iPhone.
It is almost time for me to get a new computer and was thinking about getting this instead, the only thing is it doesn't have a Word which is something i use a lot for school.

  1. There is enough technology around and there really is no need for any more.

To top it off, the prices for these items are outrageous.

I just got a Nintendo Wii game system, and it's been around for several years now; why would I run out and get an iPad?

My daughter thinks I am to keep buying her new items, but she is very wrong.

I have a cell phone that does what I need it to do talk and text. If I want to search the web, I need to be sitting behind a computer not a steering wheel.

The more technology they continue to put out, the more irresponsible they can expect children to become.

    Enough is enough!

  3. I watched a commercial online for the IPad and I have to say that it is pretty amazing. Pretty soon every computer will be that size and have an amazing LED screen. Apple is a corporate giant.. and it doesn't look like that is going to change.

  4. Just when I thought they came out with everything you can think of they now have ipad! There is always going to be something bigger and better. I am good with my simple phone and my laptop, it does everything that I need.

  5. Oh, goodness more i-stuff! I can't keep up with all of the ipods, itunes, iphones, i-etc. Personally, I feel that this i-craze is overpriced. If these things were at a more resonable price then I would most definantly consider purchasing some.
Otherwise, I will depend on gifts and donations!

  6. That's cool that they are coming up with a new iPad computer. But I want to see how people like it first before I consider buying it. Because one thing about evey new type of technology that comes, they always have some kind of glitch in it or something. So im going to wait and see what happens.
